Goblin Skull Crusher for tanking

Hello all,

Is this a valid weapon for tanking while leveling up in groups?
Or the Drogan Obsidian Dagger / Obsidian Shard good as well?

Just trying to get input, thinking of creating a warrior, and I remember leveling up they werent too good on agro until higher levels.
