Default IP exemption just curiuous

Just curious, me and my wife have moved to another state. We're curious if our IP exemption is linked to our accounts and has nothing to do with an actual IP. We want to start playing again tonight but aren't sure if we still are allowed to do that since its been a while ect.

Any actual information would be awesome. I did create a petition hopefully its not too stupid of a question but would rather be safe then sorry.

I think it's the accounts themselves that are exempt, rather than the IP they're linked to.

It'll tell you when logging the 2nd account in if that's not the case.

They are linked to accounts. People's IP's change all the time.
