Haste, does the instrument modify the haste? Ie the v2 50/60 song haste is brass modified. Is this a flat 5/10% respectively or will popping a horn modify it? For this song: http://wiki.project1999.com/McVaxius%27_Rousing_Rondo ... will equipping brass modify the haste percentage, or just the str/attack/DS component?

A slow component, does the instrument modify the slow percentage? For example ... the level 60 slow/dot that lasts a full minute has 31% slow and a dot component. If I equip a horn, I know the dot part will be amplified, but what about the slow? Having a 60% slow that lasts a full minute ... likewise would be nice.

I know that for snare songs with an instrument potential, the instrument does modify the snare component, just not sure on the slow.
