NPC HP Bars

I noticed that the HP bars are not always showing correctly. Once the mob has been struck, the HP bar updates correctly. This is happening today for me in FV. For example, a fresh 100% drolvarg is pulled and shows as 28%. You cast a nuke on it, and then the bar updates to show 88% after your nuke hits. Granted, I am using VertUI, but it has worked correctly until today. Anyone else having this occur?
