Shield of falsehood question
Does anyone know if you have to be at the required part of the epic to turn in woe/envy/marrs promise to get the shield, or if you can just camp the items and turn in, without doing the other steps?
I ask as I killed the pally/sk and would like my shield, but don't want to do the test of patience to get it lol! Also I will be updating the wiki on the sk - casts a lot more than what the wiki says!
