Update spell files!

Hello,

I anxiously and excitingly have been eager to hop on and finally experience EQ after being told about it's greatness for years.


After finally receiving titanium and installing it, while following https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=94928 this to the T. I still receive the message telling me i need to update my files at character creation screen.

I have re-installed several times hoping i overlooked something in the link above. I did it on a fresh OS, i did it in a virtual enviroment. it all led me to the same issue.

This was all done manually, i used no extra program/addon to accomplish/help with the installation.

I'm running windows 8, P4, 6gigs ram, radeon hd 8800
