Miscellaneous: Drop rate on Crystalline Silk Threads is way too low

These dropped way more common on live. I remember 1-5 dropping at a time, and a rate of like 50% or higher.

these drop off of crystalline watchers,hunters, etc... usually drop 3 or 4 at a time.

what is the name of the special tailoring kit you need to combine these? i have a Coldain Tanners Kit and it hasent worked for me.

please tell me if you know, it'll really help me out!
