Velious Question

When it launches will the hybrid xp penalty be removed, and the "lowbie" spells be in, and stuff like that, or will that happen on the timeline for the live release? I know it may not be "classic" to do it right away, but then it's not exactly classic to wait 3 years for the expansion.
