Right Click consumables not working.

I am unable to consume items or clickables with right click. I have three accounts I play on the same computer each with one character. I only have this problem on one of the accounts. I've tried resetting all my options to default and still am not having any luck. Anyone have an idea of what might have caused this or how to fix it? I've managed with it since lvl 1 on this account, but am getting to a point now where I need to be able to use this feature.
