Strange bug run speed

Sometimes when I log in my characters have super run speed and issues playing them. I have no idea why this happens but I got into trouble for it earlier unintentionally as a GM thought I was speed hacking. I've noticed it happens after my computer hasn't been restarted for a long time and the client tends to crash quite a bit and then after it finally logs in the char has super run speed and I have no idea why. I will attempt a full reinstall and see if that fixes the issue but it has been happening for a while now and I want to know if there's anything that can be done to fix it so I don't have to get banned and explain myself again since it's not on purpose.
