I don't have a mule (yet). I'll probably make a high elf female called Aeiouuoiea in line with the Felwithe hatred for consonants.

no there is some rules..

like my lvl 1 cant attack other level 1's in nfp.. is that a global level 1's cant pvp?

My level 5 couldn't pvp anyone in nfp either, but I assume that's cus everyone was level 1..

I just wonder what in the hell the rules are there?
