![]() I think this is the way Quiver haste is supposed to work:
Range Attack button is hasted based on weight reduction of Quiver (Ranger/Bow only) Quiver Haste + Item Haste + Spell Haste + Bard Haste Quiver Haste = .25 * weight reduction (It is not 1/3) -- Found this in the Trilogy client

![]() lets just forget about quiver haste because it wont be implemented on p1999. its not classic.
lets stick to OP's topic about worn haste not affecting ranged attacks. should it in classic?

If you want to apply reason to it (lol at reason vs. EQ players and EQ mechanics), would anybody have cared about tailored quiver 22% haste when FBSS (21%) & SCHW (22%) were readily available? Yet I recall tailored quiver being very popular (oops, lol memory again), I suppose popularity could have been because it was so cheap could be obtained much easier than melee haste item. I wonder if there's an archive of the old EZ Board ranger class board? Can't even recall its name. Probably not, Paladin board archive is a joke that's about 99% empty posts/threads, but maybe... Bleah, doubt there's any solid evidence either way.
