Wizard Velious question

When in the time line do the spells for Velious get put on sale? I assume Velious is live at the moment (didnt go looking too hard) but the wizard portal spells arent on sale in Sol Temple yet.

I have never been to Velious other than in the beta, looking forward to many a CR [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I believe druids get their spells right off the bat, whereas we wizards have to wait at least a week to buy off SS vendor.

They can still drop off random Velious mobs.
