Login Server and Zoning

Cant seem to simply log in without it saying spell files are outdated or saying and unknown error occured. Once finally logged in zoning is unreliable crashes to login screen or simply takes incredibly long to load. This happens with router reset wired connection and wireless, not sure wtf is going on
