Default Can't inspect properly
So I can right click to inspect, it's not something stupid like my /toggleinspect is off. However the last few days whenever I do it I can't hover/right click over the items to see what the names are.

Others with the same issue (no tooltips on mouse hover) have said rebooting windows fixed the issue. Not sure what the source of the issue is though.
