Guild by the name of "Dio"

Has anyone heard of the guild "Dio"?

Are they an alt guild? Are they a small main guild? They're not on the guild list and I have seen some of their peeps in game is why I am asking. Thanks.

It only takes 1 person to make a guild on P99. It could just be 1 person with bunch of alts or a few friends. The guild list is not a official list of guilds either.

I have seen Dio recruiting in-game. Seems to be aimed at heavy metal fans (obviously).
