Spells: Kellin's Lucid Lullaby

It seems my bard song never works when it comes to mesmerizing monsters. Everytime i get the text %t's head nods. But they continue to melee and do what monsters do. Pretty sure this spell is not working as intended. Bard mez is not working at all in any form or capacity from 1 - 5 monsters at least for me

Since the last patch, Song of Twilight's duration has been reduced as well, along with many other bard songs. This sounds like another song affected by this bug. See http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=197930

I know some bard songs aren't ticking for full duration, this song isn't working at all. Song hits and they do not become mezzed what so ever.

I can't repro this since the song resists 100% after about lvl 30, but I do recall ae mezing players and crocs in oasis for a good couple seconds.

Another possibility is the mobs have dots or are taking damage somehow, causing the mez to break. If not that, it sounds like an issue.

It works for one tick. Not sure what the duration should be but as long as you don't try to twist it is OK.

The duration is supposed to be 1 tick.
