Where to Bard Kite Level 18?

Level 65 Necro from live Velious doing his first melee/bard/anything else

Serious suggestions please:

I'm level 17, close to 18 and want to start truly soloing as a Bard. Given the new DoT, where's the best place for maximum XP at that level and beyond for DoT kiting?

It's a good spot, generally speaking bards tend to avoid the cats.

I did OT until 22, then LOIO until ~32, then back to OT until the entire server hates you

can also do EK gnolls / crag spiders.
