GM Presence or Remove PnP

The server will soon enter a new era where two massive forces will via for control of raid content in epic battles never before seen on this server.

In the coming battles which can easily be anticipated with the known mob timers, we should be able to see a GM present to avoid some of the flagrant offenses to PnP that have plagued previous battles.

If we cannot expect a GM present for 3 hours a week we would need to enforce the mandates of the PnP then we must come to the logical conclusion that the PnP is indeed un-enforceable and unnecessary on this server.

Everyone wishes to see battles decided by PvP strategy and skill, not by which side is most willing to break the PnP and is the most charismatic with the GM's and able to sway a petition-quested defense.
