Spurned Initiate Quests

Hello,

Currently hailing Morgalanth Tal`Raeloen does not work, he will not respond and will not hand over the Mystical Sewing Kit needed for the Spurned Initiate Quests.

I could be wrong but I could have sworn these quests were in Classic.
