Loam Encrusted Amice - 800 Plat
Squallsurge Shawl - 5,000 Plat
Blood Soaked Raiment - PoSky Raids

Basically those. Get Amice if you need Intelligence, get Embroidered if you want to go cheap, get Squallsurge if you have most other slots well geared, and ultimately aim for the Blood Soaked Raiment.

PoSky Spiroc Lords are farmed because they can be chain spawned, it isn't that hard of a piece to obtain actually. Just need to be in a guild that raids sky Weekly.

That's irrelevant. The item reward is Erudite Only. Even if you had the faction, you couldn't wear due to race restriction.
