At which lvl dmg cap lifted for warriors?

Levels 1-10 caps at 20
Levels 10-20 caps at 38
Levels 20-30 caps at 60

So if you're using a 30+ DMG weapon its capped at 60 until Level 30.

Could have sworn the damage caps were:

1-9: 20
10-19: 28
20-29: 60

If your weapon doesn't do more damage than the current cap, then you're not just suddenly going to start hitting harder when the cap increases. To see a damage increase at 20, you'd need a weapon with 14 or more damage.
