Unable to drag and drop icons

I recently installed EQ titanium and followed all the directions to a T. Currently when I log in the game functions perfectly except I am unable to drag/drop abilities to and from my hotbar's. It's pretty much making it impossible to play. I used the search button but was unable to find any threads about this particular issue. If anyone could help I would definitely appreciate it.
