"Cannot find eqgame. Make sure you typed the file name correctly"

Hello all. I'm having issues with starting up Project 1999 for the first time.

I downloaded the game. Dameon Tools Lite. Installed the discs (into a different directory than C[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]. Extracted the files from v36. Deleted the ones it told me to....

But now when I go to hit "Launch Titanium" it tells me "cannot find eqgame. make sure you typed the name correctly and try again."

I'm using windows 8.1 if that helps. Thank you very much
