Hasten did not give boots on MQ

A friend and I just did the MQ on hasten , friend gave AC ring I gave shadow rapier and 3250 gold and I did not get the boots , my friend did . Now he has 2 sets of boots. I did a /petition and Talked to Uuuthgaard very briefly but something must have come up as he is not respoding.
