Miscellaneous: lesser faydark fairies

Hi a couple anomalies with the fairy village mobs:

1. fairies should sometimes drop morning dew, but only the maidens and courtiers drop it. fairy guards, faeries, princess joleena, mina glimmerwing should have this chance too
2. fairy guards should drop fine steel weapons sometimes, not rusty weapons.
3. princess joleena should sometimes drop fairy princess wing and fairy princess dust, but she never drops anything

I'm looking at Alakazam around 2002-2003 on the Wayback machine, and I'm not actually seeing the Fairy Guards listed under the Fine Steel weapons.

Morning Dew is only listed as being found by foraging.

The earliest archives of wing and dust don't say who drops it, unfortunately. :/

Anyone else more experienced in the ways of the Wayback Machine should chime in. Possibly, the P99 wiki is just wrong. For now, I'm editing the entries that seem to be suspect. Feel free to revert if I've made a mistake or if something changes.
