Unique Error Going from Cabilis to Warsliks Woods

Traveling from Cabilis West to Warsliks Woods gave me an error message reading "Your level is too low to enter this planar dimension", and relocates me to the Lake of Ill Omen zone-in. I am wondering if anyone else has ever encountered this, or if there is a fix to this.
