Default Max Melee Damage (Since Patch)

Prior to the patch on Saturday, my sub level 20 Paladin was hitting for a maximum of 30 damage with Ghoulbane. Since the patch, the maximum I am hitting for is 29. I have since leveled to 20 and this is still the case. Granted this is pretty minor, but I wanted to point it out as I'm unsure if it is an intended change or not. Disregard if this is as it should be or if other people have already brought the issue to light.

Thanks and keep up the great work!

My 30 Shaman was hitting for 18 with a 9 damage weapon and is now hitting for 17.

Same thing here as a 37 Cleric. My 7 damage weapon is also doing 13 max instead of 14.

Oh my. It must be a conspiracy. Most likely due to some optimizations which affected the rounds. I will have to check if it is anything more significant. I don't remember changing anything to do with damage amounts. I was nerfing all sorts of other stuff people haven't figured out yet.

Just kidding. Or am I?
