Horizontal hotbars

I made a tread about this a few years ago but the solution did not work for me. Here is the link if you wish to view:

I want to be able to have a 5x2 hotbar as i have now as well as a 1x10 hotbar. (Meaning 5 rows 2 cols, and 1 row 10 cols respectively)

Does anyone know how to achieve this? I believe that if I had code for a 1x10 hotbar I could just put it in the correct place in my UI file. Maybe tweak it a bit. I'm not an expert coder, but I'm not bad either. So I believe I would be able to do this.

Does anyone have a solution? Now that I have changed my set up I use the mouse a lot more and it would be great to be able to click the horizontal hotbar, especially for pet commands.
