Please address ffa zones on red for velious

As it stands there are no defined ffa zones. This would allow level ones with pumice to sit in Kael and pumice vindi / statue / tormax with no recourse. Either make such action zone disruption or please make a determination on ffa zones. Red is also coded with a no bind rule in FFA zones. If kael, a raid zone, is flagged this way the code would also flag it non bind which is dumb. Please address for the love of God before velious goes live.
