Oggok Cleaver worth it for warrior dps?

I was wondering if grabbing the oggok cleaver would
Be worth it for a DPS weapon? My warrior is 38
Now, I have SSoYx2 for grouping and they work well. I also have a staff of battle for dps, and have always wanted an Oggok cleaver but not sure if it's even worth getting?
