Miscellaneous: What happened to my characters?

Both of my characters seem to have vanished from my char select screen. I was zoning between north/south qeynos when the program crashed. When i restarted my characters are now gone.
I had a level 5 half elf ranger, and level 5 wood elf druid. Account name Vanderhaun. Thanks

I've seen this happen when the server select screen picked the wrong server. Restart and explicitly pick the correct server, this has always fixed the problem for me.
