Game Mechanics: Necro pet auto attacking target when standing

shenever I have someone targeted if I stand up the pet will auto attack the person. I'm standing with mouse

I had a similar problem. Anything I would target my pet would attack, I bugged myself somehow when I tried to create a double bind key with my movement to help lvl sense heading... I believe this cause my pet to aggro anything and everything because it was so hostile and i tried to fix with multiple commands. I reset binds back to my previous default and removed the double bind and reset my client and my pet was no longer bugged. Hope this helps.
