Pathing Trouble in East Freeport

I was floating through East Freeport like any Necro on the rooftop and I saw a particularly high altitude roof I thought I should go to to see if I could find the gate out to nro. Anyway I got trapped on the roof. There were invisible walls that wouldn't let me past on all 4 walls of the roof.

I tired to float by, I tried to shadow step out, I clicked off dmf and nothing I was doomed until the levant window opened up

(-125, -450) Is the location of the Necro trap.

I was trapped up there too. This is if you lev from the roof above Sir Lucan then make it on the roof of that place above the PVP arena.

I have gotten stuck up there myself. The only ways out are to gate, get a port, or /rewind if you haven't moved around too much in your new home. Either the devs cannot fix the problem with zone geometry, or else it is classic.
