So all of 7am is included in nighttime? in other words, daytime starts at 8:00am?

I think she was implying 7am would be daytime, so night would be 9pm till 6:59 am.

I can tell you that in Kith the last few nights I have sat at the WC zone line wating for the undead to pop. I would click on one of the merchants in that first building and he would "poof" sometime after the game clock turned 8pm but before it turned 9pm. This has happened 4 of the last 5 times ive hunted there. The 5th time it was all redy night when i got there.

Maybe kith is in a different time zone than Sro.
