Holocaust Raiding numbers.

Hasn't increased for the last 2 months. The recruiting and gearing process is nearly evenly balanced with burnout/quitting/rerolling.

Server pop has increased by nearly 30% in the same time period.

Making excuses is easier then recruiting and contesting.
