Quest Issue: Evil Research Quest & Other

I turned in a Lightstone and a Greater Lightstone to Smith Tv'ysa in SRO and got the rewards, except for one. I didn't get any faction hits. I don't know if either wiki info is wrong, or if the quest is broken. I've searched through several patch notes to see if I found any info related to this, but haven't had any luck so far. I was in wolf form on my first try, and skeleton form on my second (and last) try.

Apart from that, I've noticed that every now and then, when I zoned, my buffs would disappear from me when they shouldn't have (had enough time, no mob casting at me at that time, and weren't one of the 'illusion' types).

Your buffs go away when you zone because last patch or patch before. Can read the patch notes but basically if your HP is lower then what your receiving from buffs your buffs will strip when you zone at low health. This is for buffs and detrimental spells so can be a good and bad thing.

Fixed, pending update.

Also, this quest had no faction requirements. It should require indifferent or better. Added that for next patch.
