Spells: NPCs using inappropriate spells.

I noticed the ranger horses in Kedge were casting something with the message "fist bursts into flame". Pretty sure that is firefist, a velious spell?

Also noticed that the shaman in Guk at the Ghoulbane camp had a wolf pet out and were casting extremely powerful spells.

There is an ongoing project that should be completed by velious release - npcs will only cast spells appropriate for their era.

prekunark - they only cast < kunark or velious
kunark - prekunark + kunark
velious - prekunark + kunark + velious

Not a big deal now since Velious will release soon, but for any server releases in the future, it will be correct.

Yes casters on this server are fair to powerful. Even for the giggle of it, run around in cb or hhk with the goblins and seb too( on live ). The shamans I've noticed casted spells 3 ranks below their current level. Such as shamans in upper guk cant cast sow (in classic) since they are 18 to 22 in level...which places there spell set at level 1, and 5. Since last rank a pc woulda gotten spells was 19, a npc would be allowed to only use level 1 and 5 spells (lvl 19 is one rank, lvl 14 rank 2, and level 9 is last rank they aren't allowed to use.)

If they are lets say lvl 25 to 29, go 3 spell ranks below that...24, 19, 14 are rank (or level of spell) they aren't allowed to use. But they are however allowed to use rank (or spells pc's get at levels) 9, 5, and 1. Allowing them to cast inner fire, sow, drowsy, light healing. Etc and so on for each class that's a spell user.
