Wiz Talk- Is it ever better to use shackles isntead of bonds?
Is the 5 percent speed reduction and 30 second extra duration worth the extra mana cost? I never found this spell useful for quadding all the way through leveling. All quads are done as quick as possible so the length doesn't matter. The 5 percent move speed reduction is a minimal upgrade as well.

The lower casting time can be useful in a pinch, if you're doing CC in the context of a group rather than solo quadding.
