NPC Spawn Issue: a frenzied ghoul.

I remember during classic that frenzied spawn room had wan/dar/zol ghouls that spawned, bloodthirsty was a semi-rare, and frenzied was the rare spawn. Currently it's 3 bloodthirsty ghouls up constantly. I've been at camp for around 16 hours and have seen two frenzied spawn. The person preceeding me had been there for 6 and had popped one frenzied ghoul. I didn't know if this is normal for P99 or if it is irregular. I know for a fact that it wasn't all 3 bloodthirsty's up though. At least during kunark.
