Crafting Issue

I was crafting velium boning in a forge in the underbelly shop in Thurg, when on the second craft the game told me the items could not be combined. I closed the forge and the game reported duplicate lore item deleted. I kept the file and Small Velium Block, but the Velium Temper was lost.

After 10 crafts of Boning, I lost 3 Tempers to duplicate lore item glitch but did not lose any Small Velium Blocks or the File.
