Description: Frundle Frenkler does not give the combination jar with max coldain faction.

Steps to reproduce bug:
just /say "What Vial of Velium Vapors"

Expected behavior:
She should give you a Jar to combine the regents.

No shawl quest, I use them because it's a free port out of dungeons.

you need to ask for "what velium vial"

just tested and working.

Bigger issue is that it does not work with sneak.
