Quest Issue: Rephas Rat Ear Quest

Issue: not enough positive faction granted.

I (iksar monk) took 20 stacks of rat ears to Rephas in Qeynos Hills, conning scowls, sneaked and did the turn ins, then turned in the grilled ear rewards, for approx. 800 faction updates +Arcane Scientists and +Knights of Truth. After all this I am still at threatening. From what I read, I expected to be on friendly terms with Rephas.

He should be standing on the shore of the only lake in the zone. 400 ears maxed my faction with the Arcane Scientists (Mages of freeport) as well as maxing my Knights of Truth faction (Paladins) that I had lowered when I raised my Dismal Rage faction. The eqlive servers now show exact values for faction rewards or decreases.

Instead of arbitrarily adding values, if anyone wants to test this, it will be a quick and easy fix.
