The Mystic Cloak.. What am I missing?

I have a magician alt that I enjoy gathering items for. My friend and I camped him a braided cinch chord, gator scale sleeves, golden chitin bracers etc. We have powerful mains. Anyways, I was clicking around the wiki and came across http://wiki.project1999.com/The_Mystic_Cloak . I am obviously missing something, because it is better than a molten cloak and the quest looks super easy. Is there a faction issue or something I don't know about? Why does every low lvl caster not have this?

Funny, I did this quest on my wizard and had no trouble with it. I guess I got lucky with the priest of najena.

I did his quest for my wizard, mage and druid... Originally the note was tradeable so I did it on druid, didn't realize they fixed that so I now have the cloak on him.

Each time I was just in unrest and the mob was up. It is a rare spawn tjough, I just spent a lot of time leveling in there.

If you are leveling your toon from 15-40 in Unrest, just kill the ghoul PHer (standard trash ghoul) every 55? Min (something like that), and if priest spawns before you can solo it on your toon then load up main and kill it. Be aware that many people will kill it so have your main nearby if you plan on doing this. Or just accept being Sadface if you run your main there and someone already killed him.

Is a wolf form potion a thing? If so, I will carry one on my alt and wait to see the priest casting. Thanks for the advice guys, I am glad I asked.

No wolf form clickies.

Just haveta keep checking it during leveling sessions on Alts.

It's also hard to do as an evil (non enchanter) race because the turn in NPCs are all high elfs. You need Wolf Form or someone to charm if you are evil.

Druid most useful because they will need to port you to three continents, potentially.
