Sons forum account

My son sent in the request for the EqEmu forum account (step 2 of setup) and has yet to hear back. I thought mine went very quickly when i requested a forum account.

The forum name he used is "bluesi". Valthalion was entered as the referring account. How do I (or he) go about getting this moving?
