pond sturgeon on land (Lake of Ill Omen)

Wasn't sure which category this fell under (pathing/game mechanics/etc).

The old case of fish not remaining in the water once aggro'ed. My half elf rogue barely made it to the FV zoneline.

EDIT: Mob was in the pool before the water continues to trickle down to the actual lake.
