I've tried eve like 3 times now. Eve is sort of like Everquest except more boring. The fun is defining a pseudo-personality in which you engage in a hyper specific real-life blue collar work such as:
Being a truck driver, working in a factory, working in a mine, killing pests, and sitting around doing absolutely nothing. The only real reason you'd want to get into Eve is if you were really interested in it's economy, which isn't terribly exciting. It's a game that is presented and spoken about to be way fucking cooler than it is. The reality is that for a good 2 years you're going to be stuck doing incredibly boring shit day in and day out. | ||
