Can't launch - screen goes black

I use two screens (game on my left screen, websites on the right).

I've had no problems lately but tonight when I was in Unrest I started getting graphic glitches. When I'd move the screen would be covered by a wall or something and I couldn't see my char. I was going to log and see if that fixed it.

Someone said to try alt+enter. I did and then my game screen went totally black except for a the loading circle like you get when a video is behind in loading. On my 2nd screen, 2/3 of it was black and in the middle was the desktop shrank down to 1/3 the size. It would just stay like that until I would click on either screen and then P99 would be minimized. Maximizing it again does the exact same thing.

I've rebooted and it doesn't help. I can't get the game to play at all.

Any ideas?

Thought I fixed it but no. I can now get into the game but the screen is about 1/3 the size of the monitor and you can't "maximize" it. So really, it's unplayable. Any idea how to fix this?
