Happened to me earlier today in FV after zoning from SoNH. I escaped by running to the ocean, which I was able to "enter" since it dips down far from the actual ground, and then I was able to swim to freedom.

when I get to the level to get that I will but being stuck on FoB kind of makes it hard to level.
