Default Zulort Not Giving Tunic Upon Tattered Note Turn-In
Zulort, the Shaman guildmaster in Oggok, is not giving the newbie tunic upon turning in the tattered note that an Orge Shaman receives upon character creation.

Just tried this and can confirm that Zulort just eats the note.
